Beaver Excavation moved its iron and its standards from South Carolina to Damascus, Oregon. Same crew mentality, same eye for grade, now serving the Portland metro.
From the Carolinas
to the Cascades.
Beaver Excavation got its start in South Carolina, where we ran excavation jobs for builders, developers and homeowners for five years. We learned the trade the only way it can really be learned: by running the controls, day in and day out, on every kind of site you can think of.
In early 2026 we packed up the iron and moved to Damascus, Oregon to start fresh in the Pacific Northwest. The lots are different, the soil is different, and the trees are a whole lot bigger. The job is the same. Move the dirt, hit the grade, leave the site ready for the next trade.
We are bringing builder-friendly excavation back to a corner of the metro that needs it: real follow through, fair pricing, and an owner who actually shows up to the job.

Show Up Early
Our day starts at 7am on site. If we said we will be there Tuesday morning, we are unloading by Tuesday morning.
Talk Like Adults
Plain answers about scope, price and timing. No salesy fluff, no surprise charges, no dodging the hard questions.
Leave It Clean
When we hand the site off, the next trade does not have to fix our mess. The grade is dialed and the haul off is done.
Stand Behind It
If something is not right when the inspector or the GC looks at it, we come back and make it right. That is the deal.
Right size
for the job.
We run a mix of mini and mid-frame excavators, dump trucks and skid steer attachments. Tight backyard dig out or a full lot clear, we bring the right iron and the right operator.
